The story of Joly’s
A family-run garden centre.
Willie and Hazel have run Joly’s at Ballinacoola in Glenealy for over twenty years. We grow much of what we sell in the glasshouses here.
We choose our stock for Wicklow gardens and Wicklow weather. Every plant is labelled with the light and soil it needs and how big it will grow. If you would rather just ask someone, that is what we are here for, and there is no charge for advice.
Our stock changes through the year. In summer we sell heirloom tomato plants raised in the glasshouse. In winter we have bare-root hedging, scented shrubs and the Christmas market.
The Potting Shed Cafe is in the pink shed in the middle of the garden centre. We serve coffee, homemade bakes, soup and sandwiches. Dogs are welcome everywhere, including inside.
You can reserve plants online and pay when you collect.
